AGAE’s success in scaling up from its pilot fermentation plant to full industrial mass production of natural rhamnolipid biosurfactant ingredients and in formulating rhamnolipids-based skincare products has created multiple openings for new Sales Team Members. We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join our growing team in the following positions:

A. Natural Rhamnolipid Ingredient Sales Team Member Positions:

Sales Team Member A1: Sales of Natural Rhamnolipid Ingredient in the personal care and cosmetic industries

Sales Team Member A2: Sales of Natural Rhamnolipid Ingredient in the home care industry

Sales Team Member A3: Sales of Natural Rhamnolipid Biosurfactant in environmental remediation/bioremediation industry

Sales Team Member A4: Sales of Natural Rhamnolipid Biosurfactant in the oil and gas industries, including enhanced oil recovery industry.

B. Natural Rhamnolipids-Based Skincare Product Sales Team Member Positions:

Sales Team Member B1: Sales of Natural Rhamnolipids-based Face Wash and Face Lotion

Sales Team Member B2: Sales of Natural Rhamnolipids-based Foot Lotion

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the specified industry or skincare product market.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in bulk biosurfactant and/or chemical surfactant ingredients or skincare consumer products
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems
• Previous experience in sales of bulk biosurfactant and/or chemical surfactant ingredients to specified industries or sales of bulk skincare products to the relevant market is highly preferred
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Compensation:

base salary + commission + bonus. Compensation will be based on experience and sales performance.
